Be generous with your affiliate partners. Don’t think, “How much do I have to pay my affiliates?”, but instead think, “What is the most I can afford to pay my affiliates?” These affiliate websites are your dedicated partners – you should treat them well, foster strong relationships, and pay them competitively. The higher the payouts, the happier your affiliates, and the higher your traffic and sales in the long run.
I like the fact that you are getting people away from the hit and miss approach and telling them to go for repeat customers not just one off sales using risky traffic arbritrage techniques. I think your traffic ideas are a bit light though. Still not easy to make it with ppc using a squeeze page. Your costs can easily be more than your profits even using autoresponders. If you are promoting products which are not yours it is hard to have contests though I really like that idea. What are some other “out of the box” cheap traffic ideas? I think if you can just break even with your first few autoresponder messages on your advertising your are doing great! Then you can promote to that crowd over and over. Great post thanks! Matt.
How much will you make? I think my best month with Google AdSense was almost $5,000 over the last ten years. That amazing month blew my mind since it was actually near the beginning of my blogging journey. When you go from making zero to $5,000 in a month, that will rock your world. For me, it also got me even more excited because I knew there were other ways to monetize.
